Daunt Training Company is a fitness community, training facility, coaching service, and apparel brand based in Rapid City, South Dakota. Founded in 2021, our mission is to help people build strength, confidence, resilience, and discipline through fitness while creating a community that supports long-term growth.

We are located at 2375 Taggart Rd Unit B, Rapid City, SD 57701.

Our facility features approximately 2,000 square feet of training space, locker storage, an AI-powered vending system, a Finnish-style sauna, and a Daunt retail store with a self-checkout option.

Our facility is equipped with serious strength and conditioning equipment including:

  • Squat racks with squat/deadlift platforms
  • Monolifts and specialty rack attachments
  • REP Colorado barbells & cast iron plates
  • Urethane dumbbells & adjustable benches
  • Smith machine, leg press, cable machine
  • Flex Series plate-loaded machines

  • Turf training area with sled
  • Assault Bike & treadmills

Yes. Members have access to our 6-person Finnish-style barrel sauna, featuring a traditional water-pour-over heater designed for recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Yes. Daunt Training Company provides 24/7 member access. The Daunt Training Company app allows eligible members to access both the main entry door and sauna door at all hours. Please refer to your membership package for access details.

No. Open gym memberships, sauna subscriptions, and app access subscriptions do not have cancellation fees. However, one-on-one coaching services, online coaching programs, and other customized coaching packages may be subject to contract terms depending on the service selected. We offer premium activewear and accessories designed for training, recovery, and everyday wear including T-Shirts, Hoodies, Joggers, Shorts, Leggings, Tanks & Stringers, Hats, Socks, Shaker Bottles, and Limited-Edition Collections.

Most Daunt apparel features an athletic retail fit designed for training and everyday wear. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Individual product pages may include additional sizing information when applicable.

Yes. Local pickup is available at Daunt Training Company in Rapid City, South Dakota. If local pickup is available for your order, the option will appear during checkout.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items including limited-edition products, clearance items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return.
